    I'm a 52 year old adult male, and starting a year ago I began lifting weights again. I had lifted about 3-5 days a week up to about age 40, and then started getting injured. Age! I shifted to an all aerobics exercise plan, but really missed the strength training. In January of 2018 I hired a trainer, and began lifting weights again in very specific ways. One thing I knew from my previous experience, I needed to add something to relax and heal my muscles between workouts. I added weekly acupuncture, and sharing this new regimen with a friend, they suggested trying Botanica's Flow Salve as well. I'm used to things like Tiger Balm, but in the last several years that has really made my eyes water and burn. I was skeptical of Flow Salve at first, but I'm a true believer now. It has a VERY soothing effect on muscle groups and the nettle, St. John's wort, mugwort, calendula, lavender and helichrysum smell delightful! What a great find!

    Every family member in my home uses Flow Salve. We love it for all skin irritations and quickly replace it when it runs low. We will never be without this nourishing medicine from mother nature. Thank you Deborah for your magical skin salve!
