Sencha Sun Balm is a mineral antioxidant sunscreen that is protective of overexposure to UV light, moisturizing, and non toxic. Wear as a silky smooth layer of facial sunscreen moisturizer under makeup, or a protection for exposed skin anywhere on your body.
The most active ingredient is non nano zinc oxide, 20 % of the product. Zinc oxide is safe for all ages. For the other ingredients, premium Sencha green tea leaves are extracted into beautiful organic, cold pressed, stable monounsaturated camellia oil, a base oil product from the very same plant as the sencha green tea! Yum for your skin! Also in the mix are coconut oil (which alone in itself has a low SPF naturally), cocoa butter (an emollient moisturizing butter that draws all the action deep into our skin layers), and pure beeswax, to make it a smooth balmy experience. A little goes a long way. In the trial my participating clients' top comment was on the silky smooth texture and skin absorbing quality. It is waterproof, and breathes too! Pretty cool.
